1. Scope of Services
Being Pro Limited provides sourcing, procurement coordination, inspection, logistics arrangement, and related services as outlined in written confirmation or contractual agreement.
2. Quotations
All quotations are valid within the specified validity period. Prices may vary due to raw material fluctuations, supplier adjustments, or logistics changes.
3. Payment Terms
Payment structure (deposit and balance) will be agreed prior to production. Production commences upon receipt of the agreed deposit.
4. Inspection & Quality
Inspection services are conducted according to agreed standards. Final purchasing decisions remain the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Logistics & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to carrier schedules, customs clearance, and external factors.
6. Limitation of Liability
Being Pro Limited acts as an intermediary between buyer and supplier. Liability is limited to service fees unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
7. Force Majeure
The company is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, governmental actions, or transportation disruptions.
8. Confidentiality
All client information, product specifications, and sourcing data remain strictly confidential.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
